what do I look for?

Make sure to turn on all faucets and let them run a minute or two to make sure they are connected properly and check for leaks. Also check the Heating and A/C units (flip both on, you don't want winter to come and your heat not work).

please chek all the furnitures and other things, gather information from u r neighbours of that new house and goahead with fun .

check fixtures, doorknobs, hinges, flooring, etc. check if they are working, check if they are installed right. check your list of options that you requested, are they all complete and installed to your satisfaction?
