recently i tried metallica was gr8

the first metallica song i heard was "enter sandman" back when i was in college. then i got hooked with the rhythm and wordings of "the unforgiven." rock songs are great but we have to be careful not to be 'subdued.' music that we listen to seeps into our subconscious and have a tendency to affect our thinking, our moods, and our behavior.

the 1st song i herd of metallica was unforgiven...but i didnt take to them then itself...i herd nothing else matters and one...and that did it for me...now iv got all deyr songs..luv them!!

The first song from them I ever noticed was Unforgived, and then I was a big fan. This was years ago though. I went to a Metallica/Danzig concert, that was my first concert. Then as I got older I lost interest in them and didn't really listen to them anymore.

"The Four Horsemen" Which is on the Kill them All Album. I grew up in the 80's and 90's so I grew up with old and new metalica. The old stuff is rad and the new stuff is ok. I suppose I'm just old school.
