Who Should Worry About The Protection? Men or Wome?

Well often times sadly the guy gets lazy and wants the women to worry about protection. But shouldnt it be the guys duty to sort all this out before hand? well its a better of opinion but lets leave this up to the mylot public to debate. (keep in mind guys have the oppertunty to pick it up everywhere even in pub toilets, so is there any real excuse?)
