any albums, any pop star or anyone's that music that is quite serene and pleasant and makes you feel sleepy and drowns you into full sleep zzzzzzzzzz!

When i tried to sleep and relax me, i usually listen Brian Eno, pink floyd and bob dylan. this music relax me a lot and make me feel great

My boyfriend always puts on the Cocteau Twins or Dido. Now I can't hear Dido in the day without almost passing out.

I have a cd of new age music, very tranquil and peaceful. Lots of pan pipes and soft music, it's classed as music for meditation but it always helps me settle down and sleep

Any music regardless on genre would make me sleep if they are played past midnight. Even a hard rock would put me to sleep if played during that time. In fact, I would be able to sleep faster with the music on.

yes whenevr i feel sleepy and i cat sleep then i put up old songs silent songgs which makes me sleep fast

I used to fall asleep by "Twin Peaks" soundrack. i like this music a lot and i just put it right before go sleep and set sleeptime. Its very pleasant calm music. But actually Dicovery channel make me fall asleep sometimes. Its sure not music but good medicine from innsomnia:))
