I'd bank half in one account, take care of my bills - use that money for the things that I need, bank the other half in a seperate account and let it accrue interest.

$1 million will be a big ask for me.. i will donate 50% of the amount to the charity and with the remaining 50%, i will fulfil my desired requirements :)
