Can you really have it all?

This question pertains to the women who are married with children and do not "have" to work, they choose to. Can a woman be truly sucessful at her job,be a devoted mother, and be there for her husband's needs whole heartedly? Can a woman today really have it all or are they just fooling themselves into thinking that they do everything to the best of their ability without neglecting any parts of their lives?
