There are several ways....dont use any rogue programs that you dont know about....always keep your password to yourself....scan your computer regularly with the anti virus program that came with it....avoid using computers that are unsecure...or that you are unsure about..they may have keyloggers....just be safe....and never get the accounts from anywhere but the create new account screen.... ppl have ways of getting their accounts back
