Setting Up a PTR

Hi everyone! - I'm wondering about the PTR (paid to read) industry. More specifically, setting up one. I have the scripts, hosting and domain names and I'm pretty sure once its setup I could send plenty of traffic and referrals to it, but what I really want to know is how to obtain paying advertisers? Are there any PTR owners out there that could help me with this? I mean at first I wouldn't have such a large membership database so it will be difficult to attract advertisers. Can someone owning a PTR enlighten me a little more, give me some helpful advice. Tell me what its like to run a PTR.
