Is Sanjaya the worst American Idol contestant ever?

Paula, Randy and Simon brought him to the top 24. They are to blame for the Sanjaya scare... who else was a past worst...and who is the best of the worst.

I don't remember the girl's name, but there was one, I think last season who had a huge ego, she always posed like she was some supermodel. I hated her voice and could not wait for her to leave!! I was one of the only ones, maybe the only one that did not like Fantasia's voice, but that isn't because she had no talent, it is just that it was not something pleasant to my ears. But, I did love her personality. I think Clay Aiken will be my favorite for a very long time.

I agree, Clay Aiken is my ALL TIME favorite and SHOULD have won. That kid had the voice of an angel and is the most adorable little "geeky" kid since the show started.

Clay Aiken is still my all time favorite also...and I agree he should've won.

Yes he should have...I heard somewhere that he sold more cd's than that guy that won, Ruben Studdard. My daughter has Clay Aiken's CD and I personally love it. That kid has an amazing voice, I love listening to him sing.

Sanjaya kinda reminds me of that asian kid that couldn't sing that everyone laughed at a couple of seasons ago...That kid got a record contract JUST because of how funny he was!!!
