corn noodles, do you like it?

I have a friend that study and develop local material for food, something like corn and petatos. He give me corn noodles that he makes. it is very nice. any body interesting to have the formula?

I like corn, but not sweet corn. My mother used to come up with so many different recipes from corn. What do you mean develop material for food? I don't get it. You mean like agricultural and plantation study?

Yes. he developed many kind of food made from local plant, like labu (gourd), potatos, corn and garut ( arrowroot)as a food. Now is only on small scale production. Any body interest can contact us. Thanks
