Pet names for the one you love

Do/did you have a pet name for someone you love? Usually my pet names cosist of adding or shortening a name of a person. One of my ex boyrfirends, Josh became Joshie (he hated that) My son Micheal who is 21 is still Mikey, probably will be forever. Ryan was ryry, another ex of mine but he didn't mind me calling him that. My favorite pet name that Ryan used to call me was beautiful. No one else ever called me that before. I loved it. I have also been called babe, honey., sweetie, darling and princess. Oh and Snowy. What are the names you call people and why?? Whats your favorite pet name to be called?

I call my boyfriend my Sweetheart. My sister calls her husband Pooky. I call my niece my Sugarplum.
As for names, I have a friend named Svetlana, who goes by Sveta, and my sister Rebecca goes by Becky.

I call my girlfriend Pinky
not sure exactly why, she is small and cute and pink
maybe thats why
I wasn't thinking of Pink (the singer) or Pinky and the bean
I really hope she is ok, I like to hope she would call me before doing any stupid or unpleasant things.
Its her life I guess.

Someone used to call me "Cool Breeze", a very long time ago . I still like that.

I dont really apply pet names to people..but when the little lady I cared for ..and who has passed away to heaven after 97 years of life.. was livin.. I use to call her honey bunny since she loved the little debbie honey buns..
When My cat Missy ..is nice..I tend to call her missy moo..and angel I call angel boy..don't know if that is what you meant;)+

The names I have for my exs couldn't be repeated on this site, I'm afraid as I would violate t/c's lol! I did call my ex mugwump, they thought it was sweet (I think it came from the Gremlins) so to me it was bad name with stuck and they didn't even know it. I have called them babe which is boring I know. The names I've had is 'baby boy' because my partner was older than me and sweetheart which I hate and it's like put my fingers down my throat time, they used to call me that in front of others and it made me cringe. Although I have been called worst names LOL x

I started the same discussion a while back. My boyfriend calls me gorgeous, but then he calls his grown up kids that too, lol
my son doesn't like pet names,
I have to call him steve or steven, I prefer steven I never did like steve or stevie.

I call my husband "honey" and "b.c."....BC because when he had hair, he was balding in the smae way as the cartoon strip character was. He looked so much like him. I can my son, Chayton, "baby boy" and "chay chay". My daughter, Gyllian, is called "baby girl" and "gigi". My daughter calls my son "bubba" and my son calls my daughter "sissy". My husband calles me "love" and I love that. Like you, I was always called honey, babe, etc. I like "love"...makes me feel special. :)

my husband is sweetie, my daughter hannah is hannah-banana, my name is jolene, some call me joey. my best friend calls me been(bean) when we were little she used to call me joleney beeney then it got shortened to been. i think that one is my favorite because we've been friends so long. we met when we were 4, we're 26 now.

My fiance really only calls me 'babe'. I call him 'babe' too, and recently I've started calling him 'handsome'. I'll also sometimes refer to him as my big teddy bear, cause he's strong like a bear but he's a softie at heart.

I call my son Cary, Cary berry, his sister Naomi, Nomi, but big sister Dearra is too dignified for nicknames. :-)
