The latest installment from Bruce Willis' 'Die Hard' movie sequels, which will be released this coming June 27, 2007.
John McClane is back again, as he tries to stop a mysterious figure who wants to shut down the entire nation by attacking vulnerable United States infrastructures.
So do you think Bruce Willis can pull this one up, and put him once again on top of America's box-office action stars?
What do you expect about this movie?

I'd heard it was being released this year but not when. I'm curious to see how they do it and if it will be as good as the last. I loved the third film and watch it more then the first two. It's another one I'll want to see this summer, a lot of series ones are coming out this year it seems. I'm just hoping that when they did this they took into account his age. They did with like Lethal Weapon 4 and showing how as they got older they couldn't do what they did before. I hope they do the say with Die Hard 4 and show that even though he can't do what he was before he's still on top of things.

I sorta got a kick out of the title. Reminded me of the "Live Free or Die" motto on license plates =)
Typically, the deeper you get into a series of films, the worse they get. I personally liked Die Hard w/ A Vengeance more than the first two, so I'm hoping they put the same amount of thought and resources into the new one. If they did, it's going to be a good flick.
Even if it's not the gem of the series, it can't be as bad as some of the other movies we've seen in recent times (Snakes on a Plane, anyone?).

LoL Snakes on a plane is simply a no-no film!;)
Yes, I've seen the trailer of Bruce's latest film. Quite impressive, but I don't know if the said stunts would add justice for the movie. As most of us all know, we also want a good story to watch.

It looks good from the trailer. However, I must wonder: Why all the sequels? Seems every movie these days is either a sequel or a remake of an older movie/franchise. No one's got any new ideas?

The same thing also goes in my mind, as I find many reasons why they do put this up and revive some of the movies from the past.
There are alot of maybe's like,
maybe they don't have any more good story's to fit these action stars.
maybe they want to put a graceful end to those former movies that they think deserve to have one.
maybe to see if these former stars are still bankable in the business, and so on..
I also find that there are more up-coming new movies for us to watch, let's just hope that Bruce Willis do good in this latest stint of his!;)

Bruce Willis has been on the down for some time now. I think he is one of the most overrated actors in Hollywood today. The reason is he selects some of the most bizzare movies to act in and thus does not do justice to his talent and yet gets overrated as a good actor.
But, if the new installment is any good as the first three then it would be a big hit. Primary reason for this would be that John McClane is one role into which Bruce Willis fits in perfectly with.
Cheers!

Yeah, it's been a long since we've seen John McClane back in action. Well I think the producers and Bruce Willis himself, may really have a good reason why they decided to bring the "Die Hard" movie back in the big screen.
I do hope that this helps Bruce Willis in bringing back his career into the limelight, as this is really one rare opportunity for him to prove that he's still the one that should carry on the legacy of John McClane..

I still like Bruce Willis, he has a lot of good movies out. The last one 16 Blocks did not do well at the box office, but I liked it a lot. He is getting old to be jumping off buildings and getting into train wrecks, but that doesn't mean he can't make a good movie. The new Die Hard will be good I'm sure.

Yes, with CGI's used in these movie, I think that this really is one action-packed film to watch. And I know that Bruce Willis won't waste his time here if he don't like the story too, as it would be much better to review the film before going to cinemas..

Its a hard action movie again for Bruce Willis, i like that kind of film for him, not like some rubbish films he had made b4. I bet it'll be a hit again, specially in the phils. have to wait more longer for me to watch "Live Free or Die Hard" (in DVD)as all foreign films here is dub in german.

I don't think that the film itself will be good but it may still be successful for the "war on terror" thing that people are concerned about.. sequels are usually not as good as the first film with a few exceptions but I don't think this will be one of them.. Bruce Willis has lost a lot of ground already as an action hero..

probably something to really watch out for especially if you're a john mcclane and die hard series fan like me. since the first die hard, i've been into it already. bruce willis really fits the john mcclane role and the john mcclane character is so tough. but i think this 4th one is a little different, this won't just be pure brauns but its much brains too. john mcclane teamming up with a young hacker? that's cool! something to really watch out for..
