Do you have a daily routine?

i have a weird schedule seeing that I work the nightshift. 7 pm - Wake up 11pm-7am - Work 9am-1pm or 2pm - Relax 2pm - Sleep On weekends, i lounge around with my family or go out to get away from the rough week

Yes, my every work is devided time. At morning I wake up at 530 am. Get fresh, take tea, ironning the clothes, do pranayama/yoga, light exercises, take bath at 645. Spend at least half hour at worship place. Be ready for office, I consume 1 kg of milk as breakfast. Leave for office at 815am. Come back at 530pm, again get fresh, take tea, watch tv, prepare food and at 1030 pm go to bed.
