The soul is on a endless journey. There may be many uncertainities and contradictions in the representation of the ultimate power. But all theories and thoughts converge to single point in recognizing one supreme eternal power.
Sages say,"Religion is a stepping stone to spirituality".Spirituality is not a destination ,rather it is a journey. The end of this journey is to experience the eternal love of the ultimate power that embodies each and every thing in this universe.
As we take this journey let us leave our foot prints on this forum so that it will stand as milestones for followers.
Post here your spiritual experiences.Small or Big as everything is just relative here.

Well, i would say that Religion is the nature of the soul. And what is religion exactly? In my view it is non-violence. Anybody can have this type of 24 hrs meditation thorughout the day.I want to say that when you get up in the morning then just wish that thorughout the day I shall not violent to just anyone. Now here vioelence has got a very comprehensive meaning. Either we hurt someone physically, emotionally, sentimentally or just any way that will count as violence. So please just give the try that one will try his/her utmost to not to hurt just anything surrounding to them viz. sand, peoples, animals, species, vegetables, tress etc etc. just whatever comes to mind. I have the relaization of eternal love true love when I try to follow this. It is a way of 24 hr meditation. Just do it and feel the difference. Anybody even with some minutes or hours can see the power of this meditation.

meditation is not thinking about god or even its not thinking about anything.
Meditation is about thinking about nothing, and this is the most difficult thing you can do.
And once your mind is still only then will the divine energy flow in.It is a great experience

Thanks to reciprocate me. Yes, definitely I have read some real good books, so many religious excerpts and discourses. You are very true that soul is an endless journey and it would be better to start this journey as soon as possible. I do believe that soul has his ultimate abode and better to help it in reaching its true place.

meditation in my life has many dimensions.
if there were no meditation, i would not live my life in a way which finally opened to me.
because of war my life was cut and i lost all safe surrounding. as a refugee i stopped living real life, just my body was surviving. i forgot who i am and what i love. before deeper experiences and meditation many things were closed for me.
i forgot about painting, music, dance, love, and generally about myself.
years of meditation and doing for my inner growth and consciousness brought the real life back to me. doors started opening for me again. and now i am active participants in my own life. i dont know how it is to be enlightened, but to live life is really great for me :)
