How do our parents influenced us????

My parents influence just about everything about me. I imagine if they hadn't raised me to be such and handsome confident and well mannered young man that I'd probably be flipping burgers for a living instead of attending college. But in all seriousness, they will always hold influence over me, since i feel they were the best parents i could have ever asked for, and i feel i owe them alot for it, and therefore, everything they do or say still sways me more than I'd like to admit. Luckily, my parents don't want to control me or anything, just stop me from making any particularly bad choices.

Honestly, one of the best ways my parents influenced me was by watching the mistakes they made, and doing my best to not making them as well. They taught me so many things; good and bad; that I thank them for the experiences that I've gotten in my life. Love for others, being friendly, and manners are some of the best things that I was taught by them, and I instill these same values into my own children.
