How many hours are you spending in Internet???

From getting up to sleeping.I spend about 8-10 hours in net everyday except weekends. I work 8 hours in company, and spend 6 hours in net. After working,I play games or chat with friends in net at home. If long-term to do, it will harm my health. But...... Hey, friends,What about you? How many hours? what's opinions for it?

I spend 2-3 hours only.I don't have a much time to waste in internet.I am a busy person.

2 to 3 hours is a reasonable time to spend in front of the computer. If you don't mind, can you share to us what makes you busy these days?

My internet is always on 24/7,but I actually spend some 3-5hours in total on it per day.

Spending Hours in front of the Computer - A snapshot of people spending a lot of time in front of the computer.
I think I spend almost half a day in front of the computer. And yes, what I'm doing is basically internet-related stuff. It's quite exhausting afterwards. However, if you spend a lot of time in front of the computer, you should consider getting a screen filter for your computer's monitor. It will protect your eyes from too much radiation and it will also lessen the chance of having sore eyes. And don't forget to stretch your whole body after a long hours of surfing. And last but not the least, never wash your eyes with water right after you use the computer. You should rest for about an hour before doing so. Internet - any set of computer networks that communicate using the Internet Protocol. Hour - a time period of sixty minutes; one twenty-fourth of a day. Let peace reign. Let love rule.
