I was given an old laptop with limited RAM and it has Windows 2000. It takes five and a half minutes to boot up. Windows 2000 gave me a hard time finding out how to delete cookies. When I finally found how to delete the cookies, I saw 'index.dat and cookies ' in the file. Index.dat. What's that? I googled for information about it and found out that index.dat is intrusive! Please read about it in this link. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Index.dat

Yo, Marlyse. I am glad I finally decided to make a discussion out of it. Knowing about index.dat was a bother to me and I told myself that you and maybe others may want to know about it. I don't why I was thinking about you. Lol.
