fire - fire in the forrest
i think it's obvious that we are destroying it..but i guess nobody would be willing to live in a cage anymore..eat fruits and hunt for animals that they cook on a camp fire in the forest..unfortunately we spoil the beauty of nature...so many forests and animal species on their way to dissapearing..i sometimes watch documentaries and when they give images from the jungle i say to myself'i know now where paradise is:it is on earth' but we are destroying this paradise..slowly but certainly..and we are destroying ourselves too but we don't realise it..this ultimate technology might make our life easier but it also makes it shorter..i know that's the way things are but i just wish they were different

Start to recycle your trash and teach that to your friends, children, then we spread the word and then we are not alone in that task.

What you think has nothing to do with it. Start a discussion that has some bravery in it heart man.

Yes. We are in fact rapidly destroying it day by day.If we are going to save it we have to forgo a lot of things. We human race have to start working it out and do it all together. It does not take a small group to accomplish the mission to save earth,it simply will never work.It takes generations and all of the human have to put efforts in to change the world. So it is hard to save earth if nothing is done now, there will never will be any chance for us to do so.As till then it will be too late.As things like saving the earth cannot be done in one day it takes decades to do so.Imagine how we will suffer.Rather than enjoying the comfort and suffers later. We must as well suffer a bit and enjoy the comfort later. Are we not selfish enough to give up comfort, economic benefits, greed, profits etc to do that? What do you think, will we ever give that up?Conclusion:I don't think so......... if we can we will be implementing plans long ago. Right now only a portion of the us are trying to do that. Not the entire human race do that so their effort may only be way too little to acheive the aim.

You are right but it starts with a small step, on person, then plus one and one more, and so on. we have to spread the word. If we stay still, where our children would live? if we don´t start now that´s the end. You know one thing I see in this and others discussions, there are people that don´t care about our next generations. I care about my son and others sons future.

We are absolutely destroying the earth! We are so busy replacing trees and ground with high rises and asphalt to realize the long term effects this has on the earth. I'm a big nature freak and to see something that I love so much slip away a little more each day tears my heart out. There are a lot of people that don't stay quiet, like me, but we can't be heard over of the roar of cranes and bulldozers.

I do, but we are getting a little better in the US & other better educated countries about it. I think there is lots more we could be doing, & I think it is the big money makers who stop us from doing all we can, because it would affect their profits.

So what are we waiting for? Let teach our children to recycle and spread the word that can change, if we stay still where my son, and the futures generations will live,? in the moon.

I'm sure we are destroying it. Out here when I am they don't have any recycling programs. Everything goes to the trash can. I called the city, they said to go to the county. I went there and they didn't care. How horrible is that. I would just like to do something to get this think brown cloud of crap over the sky to go away!

You can start, one plus one plus one, we can get to aone million that cares. I alwayd tried to recycle my trash. Even my emails I tried less to print them on paper, only the really necessary. So step by step will climb the ladder and then we are one step further to stop our destruction.
