I just want to share you this, Dairy milk is a good source of calcium. It can give you about 30 percent of calcium your body needed. Another one is cheese. It can give you about 150 mg of calcium. And the best source is Yogurt because it can provide you about 450 mg of calcium you needed. If you are a vegetarian, there are green leafy veggies that can provide you calcium more than milk can give, such as the kale. Soyabeans, tofu, seaweeds, carrots, cabbage, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, cassava, papaya and oats are also ggod source of calcium. Hope it will help you. Try to search in the internet or any health magazines.

milk is the best source of calcium..other sources are cheese, yogurt, canned salmon(with bones),spinach, broccoli, kale, corn bread, egg, soybean curd(tofu),turnip green etc...Milk is the richest source of calcium..So drinking a glass of milk daily is enough to have adequate amount of calcium for the body...

Sure thing, anything with cheese has at least some calcium! Ravioli, pizza with lots of cheese, String cheese, chedder cheese, I think brocolli has some calcium, and also tums the antacid medicine has lots of calcium (not a food, but thought i would throw it in there for you). Yogurt if you like it would also be an excellent source of calcium!
