You and your mate on the waters

How many of you have taking your significant other out on a cruise? How many of you have thought about it? What are some ups and downs to taking a cruise with your better half? Is it a right or wrong time to cruise the sea?
I personal always wanted to go on a cruise with my guy, but in my head I pictured it being a romantic get away for just the two of us away from the stress of work and our daily activities.
Tell me whats your insight on sailing the seas.

My hubby and I have been on two curises. We loved it. We went on a four day cruise the first time leaving the Port of Los Angeles California went to Catalina island to San Diago to Enciada Mexico then home.
The next cruise was called the Mexican Riveria. It was a 8day cruise left LA went down to Porta Virtara Mexico (excuse the spelling) we had a good time. The most fun is all the things there was to do on the ship and then the excursions off the ship. We went to shows and side trips in each town. I would go again.
Lots and lots of food also.
The next cruise I would like to take is the one from Washington USA up to Alaska. Or leave Canada and go into Alaska.
