What do you think? We all know the damage that can be done with alcohol. It effects families, insurance costs, medical costs and destroys the abusers body. Alot of crimes are caused by alcohol. It is still aloud to be sold openly. Cigarettes, again we know what smoking can do to the body and to medical costs. Manufactures have been fined for millions but it is still sold openly.
Now, what about pot? Has anyone heard of a crime caused by someone high? 90% of those in jail for pot are there for minor possesion. It costs this government $75,000 per year to keep someone in jail for possesion of a small ampunt of pot.
If legalized pot, taxed it like booze and cigaretts, it has been estimated that the National debt would be paid off in aprox. 3 years!!!!!
What do you think?

I do think that pot should be legal, I smoked when I was a teen, and there is nothing wrong with it. You have never heard of anyone smoking a joint, and then going and robbing a bank right? Or smoking a joint then go on a killing spree? Like I said above I do not smoke myself, but I see nothing wrong with it at all. Now the government would lose alot of money, That is the rason that it is not legal. The police would not be able to pull you over and fine you 600 dollars for finding a bag if it were legal right?
