How to cure a hangover?

I had a long night of drinking last night, and I really regret it this morning. Does anyone know some quick and easy ways to cure a hangover?

i know a way to PREVENT hangover from happening. just drink a bottle of GATORADE before falling off to sleep after a long night of drinking. it worked for me as well as for some friends of mine.

Shevamp is right...water works too! drink water before you go out or open that bottle! Dehydration causes the hangover! as far as curing it....getting rid of it? Hair of the dog! a drink you can go to a bar, ask the bartender to make it for you....it's no instant cure, but it helps. Also, if you have any of what you were drinking, a shot of that could work, too! Hope you'e feelin better!

an easy way is to sleep for more than 8 hours to relieve your hangover. we should drink sometime! cheers!

Take two tylenol before going out and two more before going to bed.... You'll be hangover free.....To get over a hangover, try to get some food in your belly, and take a couple tylenol.

I have never been drunk so I can't tell you if this works or not, but some friends swear by having Coffee in the morning to cure a hangover.
