Why do you love easter. I love to watch my kids pick up the eggs. I love telling them the meaning of easter.

The meaning of easter is when Jesus rose from the grave. Not sure where the easter bunny came in to the pic ,but i love watching the kids get excited picking up easter eggs,and find goodies in them.

It is fun to watch the kids go out and hunt the easter eggs. And then to see their little expressions they make as they are opening the eggs afterwards. I also think that it is great that my 6 and 4 year olds already know the true meaning of Easter.

I love Easter because it means getting together with family and really great eating!! This year is going to be really great because two of nephews and one of my nieces have moved back near us and we'll be doing the whole hiding the eggs thing :)

I love Easter because it reminds me how much my Saviour loves me, and all of us! :) I also look forward to getting together with family and watching my son as he opens his gifts. We don't do the egg hunt thing as we want to focus on Jesus and teach our son this!:) Hope everyone had a Blessed Easter this year and hold the memories in your heart all through the year! :)
