I just followed your link to myster-e-mail. Unfortunately, the site doesn't accept members from the Philippines. Do you know of any other site offering similar opportunities that accept membership from my country, the Philippines? Thanks in advance.

In my site http://webmoney.altervista.org there are a lot of international sites. Unfortunately some of he listed are only for european, but try join some international site bye

I just took a look at this site and it says that they pay out once a month and you say they pay out every day, which is it?

It says a month becouse of it's max one month for the payment. But normally it pays every day, every two day The payment proofs are a good reason to think so
