The Chocolate "Diet"!

My bishop at church once gave me this Chocolate "Diet".
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, skim milk, whole wheat toast
Lunch: 1/2 baked boneless, skinless chicken white meat, steamed veggies, plain brown rice and 6 Oreo cookies.
Snack: 8oz skim milk, rest of cookies in the bag.
Dinner: 12 oz sirloin steak, baked potato with sour cream, broccoli with cheese sauce, soft drink, double chocolate cheesecake with raspberry sauce.
Rules: Foods of the same color have the same nutritional value; Asparagus and mint ice cream.
Foods that are cut or broken have no calories, they fall out.
Chocolate is a universal substitution for any food item.
I think even I could stick to this "diet".
