As far as tags go here on myLot, I too rambled into frustration because the search found no results for 'exploding with anger' which is a tag on my website for emotion releases.
I wrote that when I felt letting it out was better than keeping it in therefore decreasing stress AND food for the cyst !
I am mad now too . . .

I am mad now too (two)
how can that be
two birds in a tree
Is anger contageous?
(my speelchicker is broke)
Theoretically, isn't anger something an emotion based thinker would be aware of more so than a logic based male of the species, yet 'Mad' is anger
si or no?
frustration & emotion releases
"keeping it in therefore decreasing stress"
Letting it out only increases stress. Stress to others resulting in increased stress in the group. The what goes around comes around multiplied expotentionally . . keeping it in teaches resolve among other things does it not.
Not unlike the universe, cysts are, and not necessarily stress related unless hormone imbalance enters into the realm psychologically, PH balances, diet, amino acids
Emotion releases.
Breathe in, breathe out (repeat)

yap! in this world of competition anger is no more uncommon . You are not satisfied with your achievements or your fellow mates and all you is angry . Anger is nothing but a bag of worries .
You can get b.p. problems , there can be similar heart problems. So my personal advice is wherever , whenever you find yourself in the clutches of anger stay calm and cool, don't try to push hard. Analyse what's wrong and try to think calmly over the fault. May be your dream is far too big to reach .
No doubt nothing is "IMPOSSIBLE" because impossible itself means I'M'possible but you should have a strong foundation. Try to put small goals to achieve . Slowly and steadily you will find yourself doing the IMPOSSIBLE .

The doctor told me yesterday to avoid confrontations whenever possible, surgery is called for at 5.0 CM, mine is 6.1 at the moment. I told him he hasn't met my family though . . he said that I 'passed' the stress test. I'm gonna die without repairs.
