Self Help Suicide Sites

I have recently been studying this on going craze regarding suicide sites and would like some input from you guys.. Basically what these sites teach are suicide tactics..In the US it is illegal to have one of these sites up and running, but in other countries like Japan it is a huge craze..Tell me do you think that these sites should be aloud, or do you think that person should be held accountable for helping others take their lives?
