One of the most debated topics in penology is the death sentence executed as punishment. In my home country, Belgium, the death sentence is illegal and no longer practiced as it is part of the EU and the practice is considered inhumane. I just wanted to know what the different visions are about the death sentence. Are you in favour, aren't you? Why are you or aren't you in favour and if you are in favour what style of execution is the preferrable one?
