Do you do your work or do you depend on anybody?

Whenever I don't have a househelp, I used to do all the housechores despite having to report to the office each day. Now that my kids are grown up, I hardly do anything anymore except for gardening and cooking some viands which my children love.

I used to have a maid to do all those dreaded works for me. Until 2 years ago, when I decided to stop hiring one. I do all the household tasks and its not easy. But hey, I got the bonus of sweating some calories. :)

i dont work but hubbie does so i cook clean and keep the house tidy

I do the work myself with some help from my husband. Ironing, cooking and washing is hard work! If I had the means I would hire a nice cleaning/cooking lady.

I used to depend upon others for these type of small works but now i usually do these by myself. life is not always favourable to anybody,so a person has to go by the conditions. So a person must be self-dependent to do his/her work, because you cannot be always dependent. Now i do most of my works myself and i also enjoy doing these works.

I prefer to do most of my works myself and I don’t like to depend on the others for any of my work. My father had taught me from my childhood that ‘Don’t depend upon other, because they may depend upon you”. It has happened to me many times also for me. When I was looking for someone to help me, they were looking for my help. So I started to help myself. That helps to gain some confidence and trust on yourself, which will help you at your bad times, when there is no one around you to help you.

Before I'm married I have 2 house maids that also lives in our house who does the cleaning, cooking, etc. Gosh....since I'm married everything is DIY (do it yourself) way. Feels like one of those "super mom" hehehe... But hey...if thousand of other woman can do it yourself, so can I.
