my star decrease

The star represents the quality of your responses to discussions. The better your responses the higher your rating will go and then your star should get a higher number. However this won't be done in one simple step. It might take a few posts to bring it back to 8. So I wouldn't worry about it, I mean look at me, I have a 3 haha.

Hi lang, Your star decreases maybe because there are some mylot members rate you negatively on one of your responds or to one of your discussion started. My piece of advice is continue posting with quality content and actively as possible try to rate everybody and try to select best response to every discussion you started don't get them too old more than 2 weeks. Rate every discussion you respond and then try to aim to respond for more than 50 responds whenever you have time on a certain day. Don't give up star rating is a matter of number, the most important thing is that you knew in your heart you are credible to respond.

It is horrible when this happens, i went down to an 8 from a 9 because someone had been giving out negative ratings, because i had posted something that some petty individuals had disagreed with. The only way i know of to lift your rating is to keep on fully participating and engaging with the site. Keep on posting quality responses to quality discussions and lauch discussions that grab the attention of the audience here on mylot. In short, just keep on doing what you are doing.
