Should Nancy Drew movies or TV series be made?

Yes why not, It would be so nice. I remember sometme back movies about famous five adventures were made. Nancy drew hs been my favorite while growing up, I would love to see that on screen. what a beautiful idea you have hee, I hope someone is paying attemtion to this thread.

There actually is a Nancy Drew movie coming out, starring Emma Roberts (from Aquamarine). It looks like it should be a pretty popular movie for the younger crowd. I would like to see some shows with those books in mind. I would think it would get more interest into those old books.

Oh yes I always loved Nancy Drew stories. I got a couple years ago some Nancy drew and Hardy boys books for my son for when he learns to read. I think I got the Nancy Drew one more for me. They did have Nancy Drew in some of the Hardy boys shows years ago. But I can't remember of she had her own show or not., My mom was a fan of Nancy Drew to.

I think this is a great idea! Has there been talk of this happening? I no longer subscribe to cable as the quality of programming is hardly suitable for children, but if this were a series I would seriously reconsider. Nancy drew was an integral part of my life growing up from fourth grade until my sophomore year in highschool. I just started my 7 year old reading these books. As soon as my boys are able I will start them on Hardy Boys. This would be a great way for kids to ;earn about evidence, honesty, and what happens when you do something wrong.
