High friends, People have been scammed with HYIPs day by day. Almost all HYIP programs are scam. So,there should be some binding rules over those HYIPs and other ponzi sites as well to control them. I suggest, 1. There must be a internate police like interpol. 2. HYIP owner must register their identity with internate police, so that whenever they scammed people, they can be easily caught & punished. 3. HYIP owners must deposit a security money with internate police prior to opening the program, so that we can compensate our loss a little bit while scam occurred. 4. There must be a internate court to get justice. Applying those rules, scam on internate may disappear gradually. Any other idea in your mind.

I agree with you that the owners of Hyips should be punished and that almost all Hyip programs are scam. I wish it was easy to do though. Your suggestions are good ones but for now, as everybody can create a business on the Internet and scam many people of their money without any punishment, we need to do a lot of searches before we join any program. So we can only count on ourselves to not get caught with these scams.

just try to avoid such many kids' games: a free domain or a domain for $1 or 5 bucks a free hosting a pirated script or no script at all even though it could pays "10% daily" or "50% daily" or "200% daily". those craps are not "hyip", and the scammers could not scam much, even could not scam $100.

I have been to other programs where I think I can earn more aside from Mylot. I found the Hyip programs as one of the best way to earn more. Although, I was scammed before by a site called Egoldtrust but that doesn't give me any negative thoughts on Hyips. Right now, I am more careful on choosing the program that are right for me. I evaluated all of them according to categories in choosing an honest Hyip. Here are some of the best advice I can give: 1) Choose the hyip that has lower return on interest or ROI. This interest may range from .01% - 5%. They are the programs that last longer in their field of business. 2) Make sure that the site admin of hyip site is actively posting reports about the site and trading informations are posted. 3) Don't let be fooled by just looking at the site ranking on hyips monitor. They are not a good basis if the program will not turn out to be a scam. 4) Look for the site that has a costumer support. A good hyip site has a telephone number where they can give their feedback on their costumers questions. 5) Look for the site faqs and mission statement if they have a reasonable programs and may not seem to be good to be true. Those programs that may sound good to be true will not last long. 6) Check if the program has a cheat free protection and was supported by other net programs which are not HYIP. These programs may be like Verisign and DDoS. Try to use these categories as your basis for choosing an hyip program and you will lessen the possibility that you will get scammed. Good luck and you may succeed in your online venture.

Hey, it's not to select an honest hyip, it's to punish the scammer. I have had investment in "eurotrade",the hyip with all the requirement as you suggested, still scammed.

there are some con artists in prison now: william from the star game, brian from the pips (based in malaysia, just exactly like the now widely promoted ponzi swisscash) the owner of plexpay (a very simple ponzi "copycat" of pips), and possibly some others.
