my boss always tells me to smile the biggest at our most difficult customers. It will either make them easier to deal with or make them angrier and in the latter all you have to do is keep on smilin and eventually they will get so mad they just stop complaining and leave.

that's true!!lol there's this pic of mine that my friend saw today and he really liked it!! he says i look really happy in it!! and i had been crying the night before the pic was taken!! that's how much a smile can change a person's mood!! :)
