Girlfriends... what's the best thing you've done for your boyfriend? It can be something sweet and romantic or something that helps him like supporting him in quitting smoking. What's the best thing you've done?

Supported him in giving up smoking...been with him and helped him through tough times by talking it through or just giving a cuddle if he needs it...
Hehe, I'm also currently in the process of making a little scrapbook documenting our time together. Ticket stub from the first movie we saw together, train tickets from days out, photos of us etc...I thought it was a cute idea =)

Planned an awesome birthday adventure to NYC - to a special meal and to see STOMP - because he loves shows and we don't get to go often.
Supported and participated in a very strange and difficult change of employers.

i think that the best thing i made for him was forgiving him his bad behaviour, not brakeing up with him, when we had serious relationship problems, all in all it wasnt all his fault. he appreciated so much that although he behaved bad for some time, when he stopped i could forget about it and not "predicting" that he would do the same bad thing again. it was also release for me. also i made him happy when i understood his problems, although for me that werent problems, i had another point of view for many things but i didnt pushed in him my right, and didnt claim he was wrong, he had right to feel what he felt. i guess understanding, firgiving and support were best things i could give him.

I've never done huge romantic gestures, but I have given him small gifts and homemade cards that meant something to use both and have always supported him with his school. I'd like to think that I made him more independent of his family, or at least that I made it clear to him how much they were using him. Lastly I've always tried to encourage him to do artistic and musical projects and am always willing to help him out.

Right now I'm working on helping him out with studying and practicing for his Civil Service exams. He wants to pass and become a cop more than anything, and I want to help him.

To be honest i don't think I've ever done anything that special... I don't understand why he's still around... I guess i treat him like a son so that would be it! hehe

Well last year for my boyfriend's birthday, I knew I wasn't going to have a ton of money to spend on him since my roommate was farther and farther behind in paying me bill money and we were going on vacation, so I had to think of something creative.
I hadn't used MS Powerpoint since High school, but I knew the basics so I set to work making a slideshow presentation for him about why he was so special to me. The slideshow is about 50 clips long, with every clip either reminding him of a time that was special to us, funny or why he's so important to me with corresponding music on each clip.
After it was done and I had a few people check it out, I had him come over for dinner a few days before his birthday (we were heading out of town on the actual day) and turned it on for him. He loved it and said it was one of the most thoughtful gifts he'd ever received.

I think i have never done anything great for him. I just have to admit that I am a bad lover.
May be the only best thing i've done is staying loyal with him for the past 5 years, and I've never cheat on him.
