I once created an awesome mexican dish with plain ol ramen noodles, it was a huge hit and my family asked me to make it again. However, I didnt write it down and I cant seem to duplicate it again. Any good recipes you have that you could share? I would love to hear of some good desserts too!

I can't really take credit for making this on my own, as in a recipe, but ramen makes a good add-in for stir-fry. Use the frozen stir-fry bag that comes with the sauce packets-add some cooked chicken. In a separate pan, cook up just ramen noodles until done without adding the flavor packet. Drain and add to the stir-fry. Quick and easy and very yummy!

That's what I usually do with Ramen, makes for great stirfry with any veggies I have. I've also made a very quick baked noodle dish using Ramen and some left-over (already cooked) veggies - just pour on a bit of milk with an egg or cornstarch mixed it, top with cheese and/or breadcrumbs. Super easy miso soup by mixing miso paste, soy sauce and a few strips of seaweed into the water used to boil the Ramen. Mmmm, I love Ramen noodles.

Sometimes I just add some thinly sliced chicken or beef to the noodles.Or we make an asian style noodle soup. Coat pot with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat Add one chopped onion: cook until softened,1-2 minutes. Add a couple cans of chicken broth and about 2 cups water.Bring to a boil. Stir in 2 cups frozen stir fry vegetables, noodles with flavor packet, and about 2 cups cooked chicken diced [ I use whatever leftover chicken is available]. Cook until noodles are tender and vegetables are heated through about 5 minutes or so.
