its granulomatous disease where in non caseating granulomas are formed in lungs leading to lung disease presenting as cough, breathlessness.. also people may have bumps on legs known as erythema nodosum... ACE levels may be increased.. On xray chest bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy may b seen.... treatment is steroids...
