14 yo boy rapes woman.Is our world nuts!!

Happened in Dallas..2 teenage boys run rampant at an apartment complex...one(14 years old)raped a woman with her children present in the apartment.
Is it getting worst or do we just have better coverage?
What do you think?

There is something sadly lacking in many people in todays society honey! Where are the parents of these boys when all this is going on? Do they have no idea where there children are and what they are up to? As for the 14 yr old rapist , something must have happened to this child to make him behave in this way surely? Rape is hardly normal and when it comes to a 14 year old perpetrating such a horrific crime something must be drastically wrong somewhere and surely there must have been warning signs for someone to see! Sorry for the rant hon! xxx

you know raydene that is just so sick , this world of ours has gone mad , In Scotland the 14 year old would only have gotten his fingers slapped ( so to speak ) they get off with too much yet if they steal money they are sent away , money is more important then people , I dread to think what kind of world and what kind of justice system we will have in 20 years , will they just do what they want and no repercussions xx

I think its getting worse. There is more and more violent acting out of teenagers, both male and female. There are more teens without conscience and without true loving bonds within their families or the world at large, and that's scary because these are the makings of a sociopath.

What is the world coming to? I don't know if it's worse or just more coverage but either way it makes me wonder what we are doing wrong. What has happened to children now a days that they do all this? The worst I heard while growing up was some teens grabbing someone's car and running all over town before dumping it somewhere. It was a crime but it didn't harm anyone. Now you hear of teens doing so much worse then even this, which I admit is very bad. I have to wonder with all these steps forward we are making we haven't lost some important things a long the way. Maybe we need to stop and go back a bit when it comes to families and raising children.
