addict texter!!

I think that it is an addiction and there is a technical name for people that are addicted to technology, though I can not think of the name off the top of my head. I can remember a few years back when there was no cell phones and we all got along just fine. now if most people were to leave their house without thier cell phone, no matter how far they make it away from home they would turn and go back to get it. A sickness? Well, I seen on the news that teenagers are getting carel tunnel (may be spelled wrong) at young ages and this is all going back to texting too much.

I think that using a cell phone could hurt your voice but thats about it I dont think it could make you sick.

I seriously think it can. Aside from the fact that frequent usage of cellular phones may lead to addiction, I have heard in a documentary that pressing the keypad of the phone all the time (for texting) may lead to a damage in the fingers, specifically the thumb. Allegedly, this is brought about by too much repetitive motions of the fingers.

it can make people sick if they get addicted using their phone for texting.. they become tardy, forget to eat sometimes, problem sleeping, it can make their pocket sick, spending huge amount of their many just to have a social conversation using sms... they build and join clans of texters, they go to Grand Eye Balls forgetting their responsibility at home and at self.. it is not good to be a addict texters... all things are not good if exceeds it's limitations..

Yes, I think people are addicted. They cannot even decide which paper towels to buy without making a cell phone call.
