Wings sign Pavel to a 7 year deal

Pavel Datsyuk isn't going anywhere any time soon. He's now locked in with the Wings in what has become the longest contract in the club's history.
It's a well earned contract, and a wise choice on the part of the team.
Had Zetterberg been healthy, it would likely have been an offer he would be seeing, or at least something similar to it. Hopefully his injury doesn't affect his career, and he can get a deal to extend his time with the team to that of what Pavel is expecting.

Cant say that i ever been happier than the day i heard that datsyuk is incredible. He can make goalies look completely foolish and he is becoming a 2 way player. All i can say is that Ken Holland knows what it takes to win and rewarded a very talented young player. I cant wait to see what the future has in store for Pavel.
