Having a fallback after retirement

Two years ago, I retired from private employment after 15 years. I had a good job which I enjoyed doing for those many years. Now I am managing a shop and I just love the hours, the pressure-less environment. Now I am promoting "entrepreneurship." Having a job may take you a while, maybe 5 to 10 years, at the latest. But there is nothing like being your own boss, being in some business. My advise for you kids is to save up, with the endview of having your own business someday. And should you decide to stay on in your job a little longer, it is still okay. But as we get older, we can't be always getting up early to go to work and staying overtime to meet the deadlines, our bones will be not up to it. So have your own fallback.

I think saving money while we are still strong is the most important thing to to have security in our retirement.
Save money and go into business....
Can you lend me money? LOL
