Wanted: Nurses

A lot of students are taking Nursing courses, either in college or vocational schools. Is money the only reason why many are studying to become nurses and eventually leave the country to work abroad? What do you think of this "phenomenon" happening in the country? Is there hope for Philippine health care?

yah there is hope...... this is other way saying that nurses in this country has very low salary...

Obviously, we belong from a third world country where poverty prevails. And this is the basic reason why many students are taking up nursing course. Even doctors would prefer to study again and take nursing course because the income is more handsome in the "Big Apple Country".
