Are there any free hosting sites out there that also offer free FTP uploading?

I have created a site on my computer and have been trying to upload that site to the Internet. It seems that every site I join with free web hosting and free sub-domain doesn't allow me to use FTP. Are there any free hosting/domain sites out there, where I will be able to upload my site using FTP?

that is a good question i'd also be interested in any answers anyone comes up with to this as i have not found any either.
