I like to workout in the morning so I'll have energy throughout the day.

Technically, exercise in the morning is the best. It kick starts your metablosim and helps you burn fat throughout the day. It also sends out endorphins which give you more energy - something most people don't want at night. But there is something to be said for a nice walk an hour before going to bed. It helps you go to sleep faster and allows you to feel like you burned off some of your dinner. The important thing is that you GET the exercise. Something I need to work on. : )
