How do Americans feel about the following countries?
Canada, Australia, England, France?
I was going to ask a separate question for each country... but then I thought that it was silly. And it gives you the chance to write a long post and make some money.

Before I answer your question I have a question of my own, which may be a separate post.
For better or worse, I live in one of the most affluent states (California) in the States. In addition, I live in one of the most affluent areas (Southern California) and counties (Orange Coutny, South of Los Angeles) of this state.
For informational purposes, what do you know about this area? I am sure your knowledge is lacking - it's not what it looks like on TV!
England - My knowledge is limited, but I do work with a lady who is from England and it is quite a cultural exchange. Simple conversation and odd bits surface every day! I am an imput junkie! We really do not speak the same language!!!
France - I reserve judgement as I do not know any person from that county. There has been a great deal of "bad press" in the States, and elsewhere,. but I would prefer to base my judgement on facts.
Australia - Again, not much personal input, but I would love to do that surfing! My hubby and I have a boat in a marina that is next to a reknowned So Cal surfing area, mentioned in Beach Boys songs - Dana Point! I feel that some Aussies have that same "surf" culture we have here in Southern California
Canada - more non-input! I refuse to judge anybody from anywhere without personal input! I cannot judge those I do not*know*
