Do you have favorite Filipino home cooked food?

I have several but I love adobo, chicken or pork. It is simple to cook and requires just a handful of ingredients. How about you do a favorite Filipino or non-Filipino food?

I love all Filipino food but the one that I love best is the Adobo especially if the sauce is dry.

my favorite would be kare-kare,sinigang and menudo..yum! this thread is making me hungry hehehe

my favorite filipino food is pork adobo, especially if it's my mom's recipe. i like it with 'sabaw' and taste a little bit sweet. i also like sinigang na hipon and nilagang baboy... its so filipino.

One of my favorite Filipino food is "kare-kare". I love this specially with some "bagoong". I don't know how to cook it but I love to eat such. It really taste good and nutritious too.

wow, filipino food... I have so manu faves... ggrr.. from Adobong chicken, to sitaw.. ahh.. saraaapp.. syempre, meron ding sinigang na baboy, baka, nilagang baboy or baka.. menudo.. sarap di ba?
