when am i gonna lose 20 pounds?

i don't know , it just seems impossible to me! I love food, i hate doing sports, and i prefer lying on bed! what's wrong with me ? I've made up like hundreds of times my mind to lose weight and get on a diet, but it never works, 'cause i can never resist those yummy food,
so i have to be fat all my life?

Hi Verayule, you don't have to be fat all your life. i used to be fat also, but i excercise now a few time's a week. i don't do strenous one's, i put music on and dance around my house, i do stretching excercise's and i try to drink at least eight glass's of water a day. also i you like milk that help's you to lose weight also, drink three glass's of that a day. if you eat cereal for breakfast that will count as one glass, i drink the 2% low fat kind.
I used to be heavier when i was younger, but as i got older i wanted to be healthier so i started watching what i ate and eating smaller meal's instead of big one. i also do some walking every day, even if it's just around my yard at least it's some kind of excercise and it is easy to do. i have also lost a lot of inch's which is a bonus of losing weight. you lose pound's and inch's when you are losing weight and do it slowly that way the weight will stay off and not come back.
I am 5',1" tall, i used to weigh one hundred and eighty three pound's, now i weigh one hundred and forty two pound's. if i can do it, you can to, just believe in your self like i did. i know you can do it, i don't diet at all just what i eat and i try to healty food's but some time's i do still eat those fattening food's. but i do it as a reward for losing so many pound's at a time. i set a goal for five pound's, then i do five more pound's etc, that way i know i can lose that five pound's and not get discouraged because the weight is not coming off.
If you lose weight in small amount's, instead of saying you would like to lose say thirty pound's and then not losing it as fast as you want to. this way when you lose that five pound's, lose another five pound's, etc and reward yourself when you do lose that little bit of weight, like i do. but just allow your self a little treat, like a little bowl of ice cream, that chocolate candy bar,etc. i do and i find that help's me to keep focused on losing weight, because you know that special treat is coming up real soon. like you i hate sport's also, but i do love to dance around my house, and it is helping me to lose weight, i also put on a cd to some music i love.
This way i can dance any way i want to and no one can see me. i don't want people to see me dancing, i don't think i am a good dancer, so i dance in my house. let me know how you make out losing weight, you can do it. :) :) :) :) :) **********, I just gave you ten star's. if you would like to be my friend send me an invitation.

Thank's for the best resonse, and yes it is an easy way to lose weight. we are behind you one hundered percent, you have gotten some good advice from different people. good luck in losing weight and you will do it too, we have faith in you. :) :) :) :) :)

In addition to the above responses, may I suggest 2 things.
1)For confidence, motivation and exercise, I suggest you enrole in a martial art like Kung Fu, Karate or Taekwondo. You'll be surprised on what this will do for you not just from a physical standpoint, but a mental one. Believe me, I know. This choice did a huge amount for me and words don't do justice. It's something you have to experience yourself.
