my friend want to lend some money from me !but i don't have the enough money,so i don't do it in heart .
but i don't want hurt him! At last i do it .
do you have the same case ?and what will you do and say and think......

Well, you could tell and explain him calmly and reasonably that you simply don't have enough money - it's no big deal and he will understand it, you are not going to hurt him by ''not having enough money, are you? :)
Personally, I would do it like that, if he really is my friend he would understand that I am in money problems too.
