Is anyone else struggling to lose weight. I have found that it requires a big mind shift in the way you live your life. I seem to have drifted into these bad eating habits and not excersising enough. Now I have to retrain myself to eat healthy and excersise every day. I never thought I would struggle with this, but I do.

I know how you feel. I joined Weight Watchers in July of this year after gaining over twenty pounds. It was so difficult, but I pushed myself every day to stick to the plan and exercise. Thankfully, I had the support of the Weight Watchers community and if I didn't I don't know that I could have stayed motivated. Eventually I lost twenty two pounds, but it took me around nine months. Now, I am struggling to keep it off and that's another challenge altogether.

Wow, twenty pounds. Thats a really great achievement, congratulations. I can understand what you mean about the struggle to stay at that desired weight. Its a difficult thing to persist with a life change. Keep at it, you should be really proud of yourself. Enjoy your easter break.

Funny that you should mention about the walking and cycling. I have recently started walking every day and something I have noticed is, I feel less hungry after excersise. Where as if I don't excersise at all I would feel more hungry. Weird hey?Thank you for you suggestions.

Losing weight is a constant struggle. I am always trying and yet, I slip and don't get back to it as soon as I could. Don't get to discouraged, just keep at it. I know for me it helps when my husband is on board because he kicks my butt when I stray. Best Wishes with your efforts.

sometime it's not only what we eat or what we exercise. the psychology part has to be taken care too. Our mindset too.
only people who is overweight and/or obese understand what it feel like. What with the low-esteem?
so, we have to be strong mentally, eat the right food and little bit of exercise.

I have found this to be so true. I have noticed this a lot lately, my mindset has not been very positive in the past few years which is why I have put the weight on I think. I practice yoga and try to start the day with a positive attitude. It really helps if you start the day with the right attitude. Enjoy your easter break.
