Do you 100% believe?

Last month I hit a couple of payouts from different sites. Luckily 50% of 'em paid. The other 50% have emails or posts(specially from paid to post sites) reasons why they couldn't. But all of the reasons we're kind of similar. Some claim they got spam posts and deleted some of the msgs. Some have troubles with payout methods. Some claimed rules were violated but couldn't point out which and some just simply ignore. I just feel these aer excuses and not reasons. I don't believe this reasons and I was so dissappointed. Did you have the same experience?

What were the sites that did not pay? You should list them here so everyone else knows not to get involved with them. So far I have been lucky because I have been paid by all the sites that I have been invlolved with. The sites that I have been paid from are Treasure Troopers, myLot, Moola, and I am expecting a check from Cashcrate which I am pretty confident will come and giftcards from Netwinner.
