maybe i will, but i haven't been in the situation wherein i'm reading and i can smoke. usually i read inside the house, in school or on my way home. these are places wherein i'm not allowed to smoke or i don't want to. but most probably yes.

first of all, i don't read unless i have to, or if it is a very interesting book. i am not a smoker so i wouldn't smoke while reading. if i did smoke however, i wouldn't do it while reading because i usually read inside of my house or in a public setting and it would be disturbing to my family members or the public.

I quit smoking five years ago next month. But when I was a smoker I loved to sit outside with a book and a smoke and relax. It was like the most calming part of my day.

I tried smoking while reading but it irritates my eye and becomes teary. So, i stopped doing it at the same time and just finish what I'm reading before i start smoking while relaxing my eyes.

That is so funny! Usually if I am smoking, I am reading. I take a quiet moment and just read a little bit when I smoke. But I read all the time, mostly without smoking. Right now I'm almost done with "custom of the country" by edith wharton. The chapters aren't that long, and they have many breaks, so it's a good length to read during one cig.
